The long wait to April ...... Time to start ordering and purchasing all the parts to go to Casarva
In November a good friend organised a trip to the Milan bike show. The size of the show, age range of the punters and atmosphere all go to highlight how much the British shows have lost over the years.
At the show I went to the BST stand to look at the carbon wheels I was more than a little keen to put on the front. I was very fortunate to meet Giles the UK importer (HPS) of BST wheels. After discussing things as diverse as classic 2-stroke racing, I knew I had found the place to get all the items for the front end.
Giles has been a fantastic help and I have ordered a BST 5 spoke carbon front wheel with the brand new candy green ink finish. This is the first and only green wheel they have been asked for. Brembo callipers, the new top spec GP4-RS ones (Thanks again Giles), Brembo Serie Oro discs and pads and Hel brake / clutch lines.
Christmas brought a few more items, including a reactive steering damper from HyperPro.
